What’s included in the weekly price?
Comprehensive insurance, registration and government charges, routine servicing and maintenance, mechanical faults, worn tyres and batteries (fair wear and tear), 24/7 roadside assistance and 20,000 km a year.
What isn’t included?
Just three things: fuel (or charging for EVs), tolls, and any fines or infringements.
What do I pay upfront?
An upfront fee, which varies by the car’s year, make and model, is paid when you order online. Your first four weeks are billed at pick-up. After that, billing is fortnightly.
How do I stop or swap my car?
Give us two weeks’ notice. There’s no cancellation fee. You keep the car until the end of your current billing period.
What if I drive more than 20,000 km a year?
Your allowance accrues pro-rata. Kilometres over that are charged at $0.41 per km.
Am I eligible?
You’ll need to be over 21 and hold a P2 licence or higher. We’ll ask for your licence, Medicare card or passport, proof of address, three months of bank statements and a valid credit card. It’s not a credit check and won’t affect your credit rating.
Can I buy my subscription car?
Yes. You can request a price to buy or finance your car at any time.
Do you price match?
Yes. If a direct competitor offers a lower subscription price on an identical vehicle (same make, model, variant and year), we’ll match it. Conditions apply.
